I am content and above the ground, so my focus on using an unlimited budget does not point inwards to myself but outwards. Hire an architect for 3 building projects. I would identify a local construction company; contractors mandating subcontracts with local community members to build a free and subsidized childcare facility, a fully staffed medical clinic with minority mental health therapists, and an afterschool community center for 18 and below. All free for single income and small payment for others.The unlimited budget would fund a parking facility, available ground transportation for elderly and single-income families, and security for all 3 facilities prepaid for 3 years to prove operational cost and management to secure permanent venture capitalist and charitable donations to expand programs like a drug and alcohol rehabilitation, domestic violence shelter, and homeless outreach center staffed by social workers and health workers.
Since the unlimited budget is for 24 hours. The funds intention is to secure contracts, plans, real estate and human resourcing by creating a capital working fund to ensure resources are in place to get the 3 facilities up and running within a year. This 3 building complex would be called “We Belong” Enterprise – where community happens and people are valued.
